♦ Installation requirements
Before and after installation, take care to prevent corrosion of motor, electrical device, hydraulic system, air control system moisture and all rustable parts, and pay attention to the protection of the outer surface of the machine.
Safety must be ensured during lifting to avoid damage to the machine.
There should be sufficient space for operation and maintenance between the centrifuge and other adjacent equipment. There should be a pedestrian passage of no less than 1m wide around the centrifuge body. The top of the centrifuge body must have 2-meter space for assembly and repair. If possible, permanent crane track should be installed, to facilitate disassembly and maintenance of the drum. During the installation and positioning the electrical control cabinet, hydraulic system, and pneumatic control system, the space for assembly and disassembly and maintenance should also be taken into account, so as to avoid collision that may result in damage or noise, and to facilitate inspection and maintenance.
The electrical control cabinet (including the pneumatic control cabinet) should be placed in a dry, ventilated location without non-corrosive gas and close to the centrifuge body (isolated installation allowed).
Field control buttons should be installed next to the centrifuge body to facilitate the observation and control of the operation of the centrifuge body.
The centrifuge must be installed horizontally and the datum plane is the top surface of the foundation platform. When pouring the foundation (installation platform), follow the drawings provided by us.The foundation weight is about 3 times the weight of the machine. In addition to the static load of the machine, it is also required to bear the dynamic load (dynamic load = machine weight x 0.5) due to vibration during the operation of the machine. If the centrifuge is installed overhead, the bearing beam and operating platform should be designed by the engineering department.
The machine is usually installed as a whole, and shall not be demolished. If necessary, the assembly must be confirmed by the manufacturer's technical staff.
As slight vibration of the centrifuge may occur during high speed operation, flexible connection must be applied between the pipes (feed pipe, outlet pipe, washing pipe, exhaust pipe, on-line cleaning pipe, nitrogen pipe, compressed air pipe, cable pipe, etc.) and the centrifuge. The connection must have a reliable seal or insulation device. The centrifuge should be equipped with a grounded device to ensure zero leakage and safe use of electricity.
The diameter of the external outlet pipe shall not be less than the diameter of the outlet pipe of the machine, and there shall not be a dead bend or clogging. The pipe shall be arranged lower than the height of the outlet nozzle with a certain height difference to ensure smooth flow.
The electrical and mechanical technicians will connect solid, gas, liquid, electricity and other pipes for operation and adjustment of the centrifuge in accordance with the centrifuge’s electrical control schematic diagram and system configuration diagram.
